Refund policy

At Rampant Love, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. As many of our items are made to order, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may have already entered production, and we are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to it.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing rampantlovestore@gmail.com. Once we have verified the issue, we will work quickly to resolve it by providing a replacement, issuing a prepaid return shipping label when appropriate, or offering a refund if a replacement is not available. Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

If Rampant Love sends you the wrong size, we will verify your original order and provide a prepaid return shipping label along with the correct replacement item at no additional cost. If an incorrect size was selected when placing the order, we are unable to exchange or replace the item once it has been processed or shipped. We kindly ask customers to review all sizing information carefully before completing their purchase.

Orders are shipped only to the shipping address entered during checkout. Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order so that you can place a new order using the correct address.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, any refund issued will be less the original shipping costs. Packages that are refused by the recipient are not eligible for a refund, and all associated shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items, clearance merchandise, promotional products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for locating the package rests with the customer. If you are unable to locate your delivery, please contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for assistance.
